Stable Magnetic Stand Keeps My iPad Charged & Desk Tidy
I’m a illustrator, and a good stand is crucial for my workflow. I often work with my iPad in a vertical position, so stability is a top priority. So impressed with this magnetic stand. The magnetic connection is incredibly secure, so I never have to worry about my iPad shifting while I’m drawing. Plus, the built-in wireless charging is a game-changer. It keeps my iPad powered up without taking up the bottom port, which means I can use other accessories. It also makes my workspace much neater. It’s a fantastic, reliable product that I recommend.

This product does what it says, as long as you make sure to use an 18W+ charging block, but misses on few of the implementation details. It feels solid & well-made, which it really should at this price point. It’s a bit expensive to be rated a top tier “value” but I don’t see a lot of charging iPad stands available, so you’re kind of stuck there. lolThe top hinge (screen tilt) stiffness is perfect, but the bottom hinge (height adjustment) is VERY stiff. The bottom rotation is very loose, so it rotates too easily for my liking. I can type on the screen without causing it rotate, but only just barely. So, product would really benefit from less stiffness on the bottom hinge, and more stiffness on the pivot, or ideally, screws for user-adjustable tightness… But if you mostly use a Bluetooth keyboard with this stand, the loose pivot won’t bother you.The magnet is very strong, maybe even a bit stronger than some prefer: There is a bit of a trick to holding the rotation steady while prying the iPad off with your thumbnails on either side so you don’t drop the device as you’re removing it from the stand. It would be better with a little indent on each side to make it easier to take the iPad off the stand heading out the door, and more rotational stiffness would help here too. But, if your iPad mainly stays on the stand, this won’t be an issue for you. The magnets are definitely NOT weak: The commenter saying his iPad would not stay on had to be using the wrong iPad model… The internal magnet positions are not all the same, and you must use the stand specified for your particular device.Finally, the seller support was surprisingly good. I initially had a concern, and they reached out to me immediately offering a full refund. Ultimately I think I will keep the 13” version and return the 11” one because of my personal use cases. I think this project is solid, and does what it says, while having some opportunities for improvement that might, or might not, be show stoppers for you. I’m torn between 3 and 4 stars on this one, and with just a bit of design improvement it could be top-notch.

Rotates too easily
The base rotates too easily and therefore it is not stable enough without holding the iPad in place. It would be perfect if it did not rotate or if it had a locking screw on top. The adjustable screws on the bottom didn’t make much change at all. Unfortunately, I’m sending it back because of this.

J’ai pris ce support pour l’ipad de ma fille. Il est bien compatible avec le support. La charge se fait bien. Parfait pour transformer une tablette ipad en ordinateur Mac. Je recommande!!
