An Excellent Set of Wireless Lav Mics! No Feedback! Super Clean!
As a Professional Stage & Lighting Technician, Sound & Studio Engineer, Professional Audio-Visual Production Specialist and Musician I obviously work with a Wide Variety of Wireless Microphones including Wireless Lav Mics!! This particular set of wireless lav mics comes very well appointed!First of all it comes with a dual Channel receiver which is obviously important! You also get two lav mic body packs with the actual clip-on lav mic! They provide you with two XLR connection cables which makes it super convenient as well as a mono signal quarter inch cable, a power adapter, a quarter inch to mini converter and obviously two antennas!As you can see in the pictures that I’ve posted the setup is very simple! Right out of the box they’ve already set the mics up so they are ready to go on separate frequencies and channels! However here are a few things you need to know about this wireless lav mic setup! If you are running these mics directly into a set of speakers with no EQ you’re going to end up with a signal that’s very treble heavy! The mic sounds very clear except for the fact that it’s eqed very high! Therefore in order to get the best sound out of these wireless lav mics you’re going to have to go through a mixer first! For those of you that are in this profession like I am I’m sure you have plenty of mixing boards that you work with! For those of you that may have a three-band EQ where you can adjust high, mid and lows my recommendation is to turn the treble level down to 30%, keep the mid level centered and boost the low level up to almost 80%! This to me will get you the most natural and full sound that you’re looking for! Otherwise if you run this lav mic set dead center on all three frequency levels it is definitely going to run very high and tinny!!Obviously not all mixing boards are the same but as a general reference my previous suggestion should hopefully get you in the zone that you need in order to get the best sound out of these wireless lav mics! Once the lav mics are properly eqed I can say the sound is absolutely perfect! I had no issues with feedback or Distortion or any other audio anomalies! I will say that you do have to turn the volume dial on the receiver fairly High to get a hot signal from these laugh mics! Therefore there is a little bit of hiss which you can easily eliminate with a Noise Gate or filter! For those of you that are in the business such as I am I’m sure you have plenty of noise Gates and filters which can eliminate the slight hiss sound from running the Mike’s Super hot! Another easy quick fix is again turn the treble down even further and that should eliminate the problem as well or at least get you less of his if that makes any sense!I do appreciate the fact that the lav mics which they included with this set are super sensitive and I do like the windscreen and size of the lav mic itself! I found that the alligator clips with this microphone work particularly well compared to some of the other brands that I’ve used such as Shure where it seems like they’re made of plastic and those things constantly break!I also wanted to point out that the main chassis of the receiver is made of metal which is great! The actual body packs themselves are made of plastic and have a small wired belt clip on the back and has a permanently affixed antenna!I also appreciate the fact that they provide two XLR connection cables which makes it super easy to take a channel from the receiver and go directly into your mixing board!In terms of range during this review I was in a studio room that was about a hundred feet at the furthest point and this lav mic had no issues sending Crystal Clear sound to the receiver!Overall I think this is an absolutely fantastic wireless lav mic set especially at the price point that it’s at! I feel this is a super cost effective way to get two wireless lav mics for your next event, seminar, presentation, etc! Keep in mind,, as previously mentioned you definitely have to use a mixing board where you can EQ at least the high, mid and low frequencies to get it to exactly the sound that you’re looking for otherwise it will be on the tinny side!! Therefore based on my review I am rating this product five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A Budget-Friendly Dual Wireless System for Entry-Level Use
This Gimkuls dual wireless microphone system arrived well-packaged, and the first thing I noticed was the solid, professional feel of the metal microphone bodies, which is a nice touch considering the price point. The system is clearly aimed at uses like home karaoke, church services, or small DJ gigs where you need two reliable wireless microphones operating simultaneously. Setting it up was genuinely simple; the receiver is a dedicated unit that you plug into your mixer or PA system, and the microphones automatically synced up right out of the box, which is exactly what a non-professional user needs. The receiver itself has dual antennas and a clear display, allowing you to easily see which of the 200 selectable UHF channels is currently in use, a key feature for finding a clean, interference-free frequency, especially in crowded urban areas.​In terms of performance, the sound quality is crisp and clear, certainly good enough for general speaking and enthusiastic singing. We tested the range, and it easily hit the claimed 300-foot mark without any noticeable dropouts or static in an open environment, which is excellent for a large hall or moving around a wedding reception area. The dynamic capsules seem to have a decent focus on the voice, rejecting some of the surrounding noise without being overly sensitive to every little breath sound. The microphones each require two AA batteries, and so far, the battery life has been impressive, lasting through several hours of intermittent use without needing a change.​While the system is a strong performer for the cost, there are a couple of points worth noting. The microphones, while feeling substantial, are a little sensitive to handling noise if you’re constantly picking them up and setting them down, something that can be managed with the included anti-roll rings but is still present. Also, while the system offers 200 channels, managing the frequency changes requires a little patience, though I appreciate that the option for so many channels is there at all. Overall, for someone who needs a reliable, dual wireless microphone system for non-professional but frequent use, this Gimkuls unit provides excellent value and performance stability that makes it a smart choice for upgrading from entry-level wired or cheaper VHF models.
