    Don’t Sleep On This One!
This trench is adorable. I read the reviews and ordered a size up because I already have long arms and didn’t want to run the risk (normally I am a Medium – ordered the Large). It was just fine. Not short at all in the arms on me. It is SO CUTE and EVERYTHING I WANTED. I love the fabric. It’s a nice color. It feels much more expensive than it was. I love the large and roomy shoulders. I had another trench once and never wore it because it was too structured in the shoulders and I felt like a soldier in it. This one has the perfect amount of slouch. Will definitely wear all Fall. Don’t hesitate – just get it!

Better than expected, doesn’t scream “cheap”
For reference: I am 5’9, about 150#, wear a size 6 typically. I have narrow shoulders and a smallish chest and ordered a medium in the light khaki color.First impression upon unpacking was that this trench absolutely exceeded my expectations. The fabric is very soft and lightweight but not cheap feeling. Zero shine, thankfully. Though lightweight, it also has a great drape to it. Stitching is even and tidy. This was shipped in a bag so obviously there were some wrinkles but they were minimal. Color is spot on – photos are accurate. The color of the lining fabric is nearly identical to the exterior, which I also appreciate.Upon trying this on, I was immediately concerned that the lapels were comically wide, but quickly realized that it was only due to the placement of the fold it came with. I was able to easily correct that while ironing out the wrinkles from shipping (using low heat and a press cloth). The overall fit is exactly as I had hoped – just loose enough to have that casual/nonchalant vibe (as on the model). It’ll accommodate heavy sweaters or my blazers without being so big that it looks boxy or shapeless, even unbelted over thinner layers. Again, great drape. The length is good – falls to maybe 2 inches below the knee on me. The sleeves are slightly shorter than I’d prefer, ending right AT my wrist bones, but I’m long limbed and that is always the case. These aren’t so short that anyone but me would notice tho, and I also tend to fold back the cuffs to “bracelet length” on everything I wear anyway, so it hardly matters. The sleeve belts cinch to a reasonable width. The shoulder epaulets are also functional, so I was able to use the second buttonhole for a better fit on my narrow frame. As for the small details: the buttons themselves are a good color – a black variegated rather than brown tortoise – and seem secure. Buttonholes are tidy, and there are no loose or hanging threads anywhere that I’ve found yet. The button stitches (black thread) do of course show up on the inside of the coat and look a little messy, but it’s whatever. The belt is neatly stitched, plenty long and has plan silver D rings, which I prefer ( my London Fog trench uses ugly gunmetal hardware and I hate that). There are two belt loops on the coat. The pockets are deep enough that they’re functional (I can fit my whole hand plus about 2″ of wrist). There are just two, on the exterior. I do wish more coats came with an interior pocket or two but I’ve accepted that modern stuff rarely does. One very minor detail I know is going to actually bother me is that there is no loop sewn on inside on the back of the collar to hang this on a coat hook. Maybe I’ll add one. This coat isn’t going to keep you warm on days below maybe 50 F, but it’ll cut the wind. I have not tested the water resistance yet, but as far as looks go, overall I like this WAY more than my London Fog. We’ll see how it holds up.

    Very stylish!
The trench is so nice, love the oversized lapel. Good weight its good for early winter in South Tx areas.!the brown color is so nice. I got xxl because I was think allow room to wear over serapes welll. Unfortunately the left sleeve lining was not sewn all the way down. It looked like an easy fix, but I was not willing to do it, so I returned it. I will be ordering it again.

    Beautuful and great value
Beautifully made and great value. Unfortunately, under room light, the color looks rose or pinkish toned. Exchanging for a light beige shade because this is a great coat!!!

Maybe if you’re short in stature, but pushing limits for someone TALL
I received this jacket today, and I’m still determining whether I’ll keep it. I like the look and feel of the coat, and always like the Trench Coats with the epaulets on the shoulders. But, I stand 5’11”, 220lbs, 45″ bust, so I ordered the 2x even though the description says and indicates that it’s cut and designed to give the “oversized” look. I wanted to make sure it had the “oversized, slouchy look” that I was looking for…and mostly to ensure the arm length would be more than ample. The arms hit me at least an inch above the top of my wrist bones when my arms are straight down by my sides, and when raised, only cover my mid forearm. With the wide arm openings being as large as they are, that doesn’t make for a comfortable fit for me. I tried tightening the wrist strap to the second buttonhole, which helped only a tad. So, in reality, I see myself either having to roll/cuff them up or continuously push them up. I haven’t taken the time to inspect the jacket’s construction thoroughly yet, but it does appear to be well-made. As for weight or thickness, my 2x long length coat was delivered to me by being folded and put in my standard-sized mailbox. I understand a trench coat made by upper-end manufacturers can be stupidly pricey, and even though I was fortunate to get this coat at a “Flash Sale’ price, had I tried it on in person…I most likely would not have bought it or at least would not have spent that amount on it due to its fit. It’s a nice, warm-weather jacket with a standard fit. However, manufactured for the more petite or average-sized woman and as with almost ALL garments sold, not for the TALL woman as far as arm length goes. (maybe it’s because I live in the mid-west where we’re corn-fed…but what’s so frustrating about that previous statement that it’s designed for shorter women, is that A LOT of the young women walking around these days are AS TALL, if not, TALLER than I am…and manufacturers refuse to recognize or accommodate that fact!)

    Perfect trench coat!
I LOVE this trench coat! It is absolutely beautiful. The fabric is a perfect weight, the sleeves are long enough (I have rather long arms), and the color is fabulous (Khaki). I highly recommend!

This trench is all you want it to be and more. Great fit and quality, good length. If you are looking for a trench that doesn’t look and feel like a cheap “shell” then this is the one for you. I am glad I took the chance on it. I am 5’7s and close to 275lbs with a very large chest and I got the largest size and I can still close it. Jackets rarely fit me properly.

Gran compra. Me fascinó la gabardina. El look oversized me parece super versátil, la calidad de la tela es buena (si repele el agua), y es calientita (nada como un buen abrigo pero vaya- su propósito es otro).La volvería a pedir en otros colores.

This trench coat gives exactly the oversized look I was looking for. The fabric is thick and it has a satin lining all over the inside. The seams and the buttons feel sturdy.

I read the size specifications by the seller and read ALL the reviews of customers who bought the SMALL size so I got the small size too. WRONG choice. The sleeves were half way up to my elbows. So I reordered a Medium size. Length is perfect now but the sleeves could have been longer. Will have to get them extended. No I am not a chimp.
