Can I use my iPad with a case when using the stand?
No, we do not recommend using a case. Magnetic strength requires direct contact with the iPad’s rear panel. A case may reduce magnetic grip and risk device slippage.
Will this stand work with the new 2024 iPad Pro (7th Gen) or other tablet models?
The 2024 iPad Pro and other tablets aren’t compatible with magnetic mounting. Use the included screw-in brackets for secure mounting. Only iPad Pro 12.9” models from 2017–2022 support magnetic use.
Can I orientate my iPad to either landscape or portrait?
Yes, with the 360° rotatable panel you can orientate your iPad to find the perfect angle for your viewing requirements.
What kind of magnets are used and how strong are they?
The stand uses Neodymium magnets. There are eight different standard grades of neodymium magnets ranging from N35 to N52. The AMS-STAND13 uses N52 magnets that are among the strongest in its class.
What are the dimensions of the stand?
The panel is 6 ¼” (H) x 10 ¼” (W). The stand comes with 180-degree hinges. At its lowest point the bottom of the panel can reach the surface. At the highest point the bottom of the panel will sit at around 4” off the surface.

Beware! Product in box does not match pictures in description – the one I received didn’t have a single magnet on it. Absolutely useless. Luckily am able to return it for full refund.

Great product! Looks great, however my iPad 12.9 2nd gen isn’t being held by the magnets. Definitely held by the two screws you add. Don’t think it’s worth $70

Awesome solid tablet stand
This is a good, solid tablet stand for my iPad. The stand is heavy enough to support the weight of the iPad. The adjustable joints on the arm are firm enough to hold the iPad in the positon that I set. The rotatable head is also very firm.The magnets that hold the iPad to the mount are relatively strong, and it takes a bit of force to pull them apart. However, the iPad is relatively heavy, and if it is not placed correctly on the back of the iPad, it will easily slip off when bumped from the side or top. The back plate can rotate 360 degrees, which means that it is possible to have the backplate upside down with the iPad right side up and this does not make a very solid magnetic bond and can easily fall off.It comes with a couple of support brackets intended to be used with other devices. These brackets make this stand perfect for almost any tablet. With these attached the tablets can rest on the brackets and do not need to form a magnetic bond. It works great with my Surface Pro, Kindle Scribe and I am pretty sure any other tablet that is safe to use around magnets.This is a great stand and I am very happy with it. It looks great! Feels good and solid. Works as advertised.

The build quality of this stand is truly impressive. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and securely my iPad attached to it. You can even pick up the stand with the iPad on it and shake it around without any fear of it falling off. You can confidently handle your iPad while it’s attached to the stand. It’s quite difficult to remove, which is a good thing when you have an expensive device hanging in the air.I’m glad that the company has provided optional brackets for non-magnetic tablets. It’s great because you can screw them in if you want to use other devices. Another nice thing is that it raises your iPad to a more ergonomic viewing angle than most other cases or stands. The stand is made of nicely finished aluminium that has a good weight to it, giving me confidence and peace of mind. It’s a very attractive-looking stand that looks very nice on a desk.This stand is great for using your iPad with a pen. As someone who does a lot of drawing work, it’s fantastic to be able to place my iPad on this stable stand without worrying about it moving around when I apply pressure to the screen with the pen. The base has non-slip material, which keeps everything in place. I can use it in both portrait and landscape with ease.I have noticed that, unlike the other stands that are available in the market, this particular stand has the distinctive feature of being foldable down to a portable size. This feature makes it very convenient for you to carry it with you wherever you go, without having to worry about it taking up much space in your bag or backpack. The stand is designed in a way that it can be easily folded and unfolded, allowing you to set it up in no time.All in all, this stand is a great choice for individuals who are looking for a high-quality and reliable option. とてもしっかりした商品でした。100円ショップのスタンドからの買い替えなので、当たり前ですが、あまりの違いに驚くほどです。iPadAir15インチもしっかり安定して使えます。重たく、ずっしりしている安定感はある分、角度を変えたり、縦横を回したり持ち上げるのには力が必要ですが、基本、横でしかつかわないので、購入して良かったと満足しています。

In a nutshell:Things I liked:+ First and foremost, the design of this is the main selling point. It looks fabulous with the iPad Pro 12.9 inch. Although it will work with any tablet using the supplied screw in feet to hold the tablet, even if it won’t hold magnetically, the design works at its best when it looks like the tablet is floating in air. In that respect, it looks like a portable monitor and can be used as such.+ The build quality is superb. It folds flat, which is really good for travelling and transport, but it remains stiff and holds the tablet at the required height even when a larger tablet like the iPad Pro is attached.+ The design is well thought out and I never thought my tablet was ever in danger of getting scratched or buffed from contact with this stand. All the magnets are behind rubber pads, meaning they are never in danger of causing any damage. The cut out at the back also allows a cable to be run if you want a cable managed set up with a (potentially) more permanently attached monitor/tablet.Things I didn’t like:- The price of £90 is high. However, What you’re getting is a very different design experience and it just looks great. You’re paying more because it’s quite a unique tablet stand.Do I recommend it?Yes, absolutely. If you’re the kind of person who’s happy to spend £90 on a stand, this is probably the kind of stand you’re looking for. It’s solid, well made and really beautifully designed.
