Makes a huge difference
If you’re new to the idea of foam rolling, then start researching because it can make a huge difference for back pain and stretching. I work out 7 days a week and this helps keep my muscles free of pain from use. It’s also great to use to really open up the chest, which is an area that is easy to get tight if you don’t know how to properly stretch. Great product, good shipping and on time.

Firm
Works exactly how it’s supposed to, firm and use it all the time, seems really durable. Gave it four stars because it’s just a dense foam so might wear and tear if it get punctured or something but its basically perfect for what i needed it for.

Does the job
As advertised, this is a ‘hard’ foam roller which is exactly what I was wanting. Comes in a variety of sizes and liked this (24″) one because it is not as big so more convenient to stash around the house or toss in the car. Great for aching muscles and getting myofascial release.

Bought in 2018. I use it for every warm up.
What can I say? It’s a solid and functional foam roller. Not trigger point, but I knew I wasn’t paying for trigger point. It’s out of stock now, but it was a little under $13 when I bought it in 2018. Hopefully not being price gouged during the pandemic.

Good, but not quite as advertised
I greatly enjoy this roller and it works well for me. I find the 24″ width easier to work with than narrower rollers. I would give it 5 stars if the advertising were clearer/more accurate as to its country of manufacturing. Since my experience has been that things made of rubber or foam manufactured in China tend to have a smell, I wanted a roller made in the US. Well, this roller arrived in a plastic bag reading “Made in China”. There is no weird odor to it though, so all is well. Some of Yes4All’s rollers are clearly labeled on their website as being made in the USA, but this one is not. I suppose the plastic bag it was sealed in could be made in China but the roller itself made in the US… but I doubt that.

Very Hard
I was not expecting it to be so hard. The description says “Foam Roller – Extra Firm High Density Foam Roller”they mean HARD. But very light in weight.

Gets the job done. Good firmness and length for me. Use it mostly for thighs, hips, and back.
