How did we get our start?
In 2016, I was ready to burn my running shoes. I was training for a race and had the worst foot and back pain of my life. All that pain disappeared when I was introduced to “rolling out” my feet and back with a rubber lacrosse ball. But I knew I could design a better massage ball!
What problem are we solving?
Muscle pain and tension are the worst! We make relief easy, quick, and med-free.
Why do we love what we do?
We thrive on creating eco-conscious, accessible, travel-friendly, and beautiful products that help people restore their mobility and recover faster.

lightweight and sustainable magic: a hiker’s must have
After seeing a post about how these RAW cork balls helped an AT hiker’s feet on the trail feel better, I instantly purchased a pair for myself. I’ve been struggling with foot pain related to Posterior Tibial Tendonitis. After rolling my foot on these balls several times a day for a week the pain has been decreased immensely. After long hikes my feet used to be INCREDIBLY painful to walk on. It would take ice and ibuprofen and elevation to make them feel better by the next morning. The firm pressure that the raw cork balls provide gets to the pressure points that help release the tight tendons and make the recovery process so much faster. I now roll my feet for 15-20min and ice for 30 min and they feel better instantly. They are lightweight which makes them a backpacker or hiker dream. I plan on taking these with me on all my hikes and rolling my feet at least once during the hike to see if that will help prevent the end of hike pain I am now experiencing. I highly recommend them. Well worth the cost!

Great tool for sore muscles
I used this cork ball on a backpacking trip to Yellowstone and it was a life saver! I used it to rub sore muscles after a long day of hiking. Highly recommend.

nice and light
Very light, though that’s not necessarily a deal breaker. A bit on the harder side versus lacrosse style balls. Just different. If you use these kinds of tools, doesn’t hurt to add to your collection.

Worth it
Fantastic! Easy to use, cannot recommend highly enough for thruhiking. Easy to lose though, so small, wish I’d put my name on mine!

Be careful what size you order! Otherwise great!
Quality is nice but it was much smaller than expected. It’s very hard to gage from the photo and the balls I got ended up being pretty tiny. HOWEVER I still love them, and found the smaller size is great for relieving neck tension and on the feet. Very nice firmness!

Compact, Travel-Friendly Massage Ball That Actually Works
I actually got this as a gift for my husband and now I end up using it all of the time lol I need to buy another one! He keeps it in his work bag , and has been really impressed with how effective it is for such a simple tool. The cork material feels firm enough to apply real pressure but not so hard that it’s uncomfortable to use.I mainly use it on my feet, calves, hips, and upper back, especially after workouts or long days on my feet. It’s small enough to travel with easily, but still does a great job targeting tight spots without slipping around.I also appreciate that it’s quiet, durable, and doesn’t feel flimsy. It’s become something I reach for regularly, whether I’m at home or on the go.If you’re looking for a compact massage ball that’s easy to pack and actually effective, this is a solid option.

Does the Trick
I got this cork ball for my Appalachian Trail hike. I quickly noted that it is a very popular fatigue relief device among hikers. It works well, it’s lightweight, it’s easy to use. Roll your feet over it, put it between your back and a wall, press it into your forearms or neck. It does it all. Over time it does darken as it picks up dirt and sweat from use. For the price, it’s not bad. For my part, I didn’t use it much because I don’t have a good post-hike stretch/massage habit. I did end up sending it home as a result of this.

Multiple Uses!
I’ve been using these on the PCT and have found a few different uses for them. You can use it as a foot massager, you can tuck two into a sock and put the sock between your back and a tree and roll for neck/back massager or against the ground for leg/glute massager, and they can be used to fluff up your down gear in the dryer. Super lightweight and totally worth it!

Foto ile alakası yok. Ne ambalajı var ne de lazer ile yakma logosu. Kavanoz kapağı olarak kullanılan mantarı göndermişler. Kandırmaca.
