I needed something more protective for my AirPods Max, and this case turned out to be a great solution. Right away, I noticed how well it’s built — the exterior feels durable and thick, not too rigid but solid enough to actually protect the headphones if they’re tossed in a bag or dropped.The fit is snug and secure, with just the right amount of room for the headphones to rest without pressure on the earcups. It’s clearly molded for the AirPods Max, and nothing feels crammed or loose. The magnetic separator inside is a huge plus — it helps put the headphones into low-power mode automatically, which is something a lot of third-party cases skip.From a functionality standpoint, this case does exactly what it’s supposed to. Ended up returning this. It feels pretty cheap and the color of the case and the zipper don’t match (doesn’t look intentional, again just cheaply made). If you already invested in some Airpod Max’s, splurge on a higher quality case.

I ordered it for my Bose headphones, slightly worried it would be either too tight or weirdly loose, but the fit is actually spot on. The shape is clearly designed with big over-ear headphones in mind, so my Bose sit inside comfortably without being squashed, and there’s still room in the mesh pocket for the cable and a small adapter.The outer shell feels properly protective: hard nylon that’s light but stiff enough to take being thrown into a backpack, under a seat, into a suitcase, etc. It doesn’t collapse, it shrugs off bumps and friction, and the fact that it’s water-resistant is a nice bonus if you’re the kind of person who travels with a bottle of water and questionable coordination.Inside, the lining is soft and there’s a simple but effective layout: main compartment for the headphones, mesh pocket for accessories. The magnets that are meant to “lock” AirPods Max onto the case obviously don’t do anything with Bose, but that’s not a problem – the headphones still sit securely, and they don’t rattle around.The handle and double zipper make it very easy to live with: it opens wide, you can grab your headphones with one hand, and the case itself is easy to carry or just drop into a larger bag. The sky-blue colour is also more pleasant in person than in the photos – easy to spot, not too loud.So yes, officially this is an AirPods Max case. In practice, it’s just a well-made hard case for over-ear headphones, and it works perfectly with my Bose. If you’re looking for decent protection without paying for a branded case, this does the job very nicely.

The Apple Airpod Max headphones are have excellent noise cancellation and a 5* sound (What HiFi). But, the recent review also said: “Near-pointless case” (August 2025).Step forward the RIYADAone Hard Case – which is perfect for protecting your very expensive headphones – just “throw” them in your travel bag ! I ordered the white – and it’s an attractive silver colour. There is a carry handle on the top and the zips feel secure and are well sewn in (so nothing to catch). The case is “Rigid”, but inside it has a soft velvety feel with a place to store cables.

Die Kopfhörer passen geradeaus. Mit Smartcover sogar ein bisschen knapp. Die Magneten funknieren und bringen die Kopfhörer im Sleep-Mode. Das Material stinkt nicht wie andere, die ich probiert habe.

A ver… Vaya por delante que yo no tengo unos AirPods Max (siempre hubo clases, que se le va hacer). Tengo varios auriculares, entre ellos unos “fantásticos” Anker Soundcore Q30 que uso con frecuencia, y su funda original, la tengo dedicada a otros que uso menos.El caso es que cuando vi esta funda, me fijé bien en la forma, crucé los dedos y me la jugué pensando “por las medidas, debería valer…”. Y vaya si ha valido.Cuando llegó la funda, lo primero que hice fue ir a por mis Q30. Y el resultado fue… ¡un encaje perfecto! Es alucinante. Los auriculares se asientan en las cavidades como si la funda se hubiera diseñado específicamente también para ellos. La diadema reposa sin tensión y no hay holgura, no se mueven nada en el interior. Es increíblemente satisfactorio. Tanto que he decidido que esta va a ser su funda principal para cuando los transporte.La funda en sí es una maravilla. El exterior es semirígido, ..a ver, no es cemento y tiene cierta flexibilidad..pero sí son de los que te dan una paz mental absoluta a la hora de transportarlos, que por cierto, también lleva un pequeño asa para dicho menester.Muy reseñable el doble tirador de cremallera (o zipper puller si te pones mu técnico) . Detalle que no se le da la importancia que merece. Comodísimo abrir y cerrar la funda. (Todos los productos con cremallera debieran ser así..con su doble “zipper”)Por dentro, está forrada con un material aterciopelado, muy, pero que muy agradable, que parece que esté acariciando los auriculares, así que cero preocupaciones por posibles arañazos.Además, tiene un pequeño compartimento interior con tapa de velcro que es perfecto para guardar el cable de carga USB-C y el cable de audio jack. Un detalle que se agradece una barbaridad para tenerlo todo junto y ordenado.En resumen: Muy recomendablesImportante: Al no ser unos AirPods Max, obviamente, las funciones magnéticas que pueda tener la funda para el modo reposo de los Apple aquí no hacen nada. Es simplemente una funda protectora excelente, que es justo lo que buscaba. Así que si no eres de los afortunados de tener unos Airpods Max, pero sí tienes unos Soundcore Q30 u otros auriculares similares -que los auriculares de la diadema sean plegables hacia los laterales- muy probablemente quedarás más que satisfecho con ella.
