Gets the knots out! Great for post workout recovery
I’ve been using tennis balls for years to help get the knots out of my back after a long day of activities, these cork balls are a game changer. In addition to the firmness, having different size balls for different areas is very helpful. The set includes a storage bag and 3 balls (5cm, 6cm and 8cm). These cork balls are quality and seem durable after a couple months of use. I use them to massage my back, shoulders, quads, feet, you name it they can bring relief. They are very effective everywhere you have muscle tension. I use them on the floor or against the wall as needed. A great recovery tool at a great value!

Great for fascia and muscle massage, and easy to carry and store
As someone who works out regularly, but doesn’t always have time to stretch thoroughly, I appreciate the value of tools like these that help to work out the knots and keep the fascia loose. Normally I like to use a foam roller to stretch and massage, but when I’m traveling, that’s not easy to pack.These balls are perfect for anyone who needs massage on the road, or just doesn’t have space to store a big foam roller. They are much more firm than a tennis ball, so they can really dig in if you need pressure. The three sizes are great, the small one works well in those tight spaces and the larger ones are great for back, hips and legs.They come with a storage bag, and the size is very compact, so they’re easy to store and easy to travel with. If you’re looking for some muscle relief on the road, at the office or in a small space, these are a great value and a big relief!

Better than rubber, little pricey
I’ve used the rubber massage balls for years for different PT exercises and general massaging of sore muscles, and they work well. But I have long hair and even pulled up, the rubber never fails to stick to and pull my hair when I’m using them on my traps/neck. So the cork is a big upgrade for me on that! The variety of sizes makes it a nice kit. The medium and small ones are smaller than I had anticipated, so I took a photo holding them for reference. Still totally useful, just not what I had pictured (but that’s on me, I’m always bad about visualizing items even when measurements are given). They come in a nice storage bag as well. They are a little pricey at $30, but the sustainability, lighter weight, and lack of smell like the rubber ones have make this worth it for me. Quality product!

Great massage balls, but over priced
These massage balls are exactly what you’re looking for. They’re just as seen in the photos and as described, and they work AMAZING on my right hip flexors. I really enjoy these, and I appreciate the sustainable sourcing. The cork is a big upgrade from other plastic and rubber massage balls in the market. They come in a drawstring bag to keep together. Overall, they’re perfect and I’m very satisfied with it… but $30? That’s too high in my opinion. They’re three small massage balls, how are they $30? I’m still rating this 5 stars because they are great quality, and $30 isn’t too unreasonable, but it’s definitely worth noting the price in case you’re able to find other high quality and sustainably sourced cork massage balls at a lower price.

Very classy looking!
These are very classy and look pretty left sitting around in a bowl in the bedroom. My husband has a blue rubber one he uses regularly, this one will look much nicer! I do like that the set comes with different sizes, although right now the only needs to use the medium size which is the same size as his blue one. If you haven’t used a massage ball before, they can be very helpful to bring blood and healing to a sore spot!
