This is definitely a quality pair of jeans, and I REALLY appreciate those reviewers who included height, weight, and body measurements in addition to their insights in their reviews. I read so many reviews and quite frankly was very confused and ordered larger than I needed plus being in a guessing game when it comes to clothing from overseas…it’s difficult to decide without having to purchase more than 2 in different sizes…something I think most of us can relate to. However, you get what you pay for. With so many positive reviews for NYDJ, I decided to spend a little more and give these a try…and I’m glad I did! Obviously our body types differ and we all have preferences in how we like clothes to fit. For reference I am a little over 5’8″, 165lbs, 44″hips, 34″ waist and 32″ inseam. I ended up purchasing a size 12 and I could have nicely fit into the size 10. I will return the 12 and get the 10. The jean fabric is mid weight, soft and well sewn with just the right amount of stretch. Very comfortable even if a little loose, but fixed by sizing down one size. Love the wide legs and how the jeans give shape around bottom and thighs without being too tight. I would highly recommend this product.UPDATE: STILL IN LOVE! I have had these jeans a couple of years…I had also bought 2 pairs of the optic white, which also fit beautifully. All 4 pairs of this style are my absolute favorite go to jeans. They wash up like a dream, I put in dryer for 15 mins with a bounce dryer sheet, then take out, hand smooth and hang to completely dry. They dry a tiny bit stiff, but as soon as I shake them out and fold to store, they’re soft again and look brand new. The optic white gets the “normal dirty”, however after spot treating and washing, the fabric releases stains and also look new wash after wash! I adore the NYDJ brand…definite quality and consistency. Waiting on my 5th pair of “Rinse” color to arrive…I’ll update again soon. I have NOT been compensated in anyway for my reviews…I just love these jeans that much!

Solid B+ Jeans
I’m 5’8” with most of my height in my legs. The length of these jeans was great. The waist came above my belly button. The stretch was good and the weight/quality of the denim was good – not light, not heavy.The jeans say that they lift your bottom – I did not get a lift. I haven’t washed them yet either but so far, so good. I will add to this review after a few washes.

LOVE these jeans. Worth every penny!! Very flattering. They were super long and needed hemming. Will purchase them again in other colors. The fabric is a nice weight. They have stretch but never lose their shape. I can see why they are so highly reviewed. I travelled to Europe with them, and they were terrific to dress up or down.

Great value, certainly not too long if you’re taller like me.
At $70, these pants are a great value. I normally wear AG Jeans, at 200+ but I wanted a dark wash wide leg quickly so I ordered these. I’m 5’9″ tall, weighing 125 and I wear a size 2 in these. Contrary to what others note, I’d prefer these 1″ longer but for long walks during travel, in possible wet weather, a bit shorter is perfect. These ARE NOT LONG as jeans go. Don’t most people have to have jeans hemmed? All my life, all my friends shorter than me simply have their jeans hemmed as a rule. They run large. I’m a 27/28 in AGs. Amazon recommended a 4 for me and went with a 2 and it’s perfect. I don’t know how long they will last compared to reg. designer jeans. Will they stretch out funny like most denim blends do? I hope not. For now, out of the bag and on the body, they are an amazing fit.

The pants are really nice…but way too long! I’m 5″6″ and the pants were about 2 inches too long for me.

Great trouser jeans
Beautiful pair of trouser jeans. I am 5’11 and most of my height is in my torso. These pants ate a perfect length on me when I wear a pair of good loafers. Fabric was heavy weight denim and in the darkest color look like dress pants.

Cute, but have some concerns
I really like them, they fit comfortably, not too tight. I am 5’6”, 145 lbs., ordered size 6. I’m worried that they will stretch out with wear, like a lot of reviews have said. I feel the 4 would be too small. Also, I’m worried about the dark wash and not getting it to rub off on things. To keep or not to keep?

LOVE LOVE LOVE, I ordered a pair last year. They are long and will need to be hemmed but the rest of the fit is perfect. They are good for casual or dressy attire. I’ve lost some weight this year, so I had to order a new pair at a smaller size. I’ll never buy another pair of jeans anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

5 stars for this product which I know well however there was a problem in transit which resulted in me receiving what I suspect was a fraudulent substitution. 5 stars for Amazon who immediately processed a refund. I hope their investigation will find the weak link.

Beautiful jeans with a fantastic cut.A few things to note however:• Colour transfer- When you wear it, the colour transfers onto your skin- you’ll notice when you have a shower, the water runs off a bit blue. Colour also transfers if it touches the rim of your shoes (I.e. white trainers)• Fit- The sizes run a little big. If you’re 27 inch waist, then it still might be a bit loose- especially noticed at the curve of your spine.Also, mid-waist still seems to run quite high- (I.e. mine sits above the belly button).
