Like the size and shape of the curler but am unsure as to how they will hold in the hair.

Not for thick hair
Despite how much hair each of these curlers can hold, this set and this type of Silicone Hair Curler by My Beauty Spot isn’t really for thick hair. Especially if the hair is long. Each curler can hold a lot of hair, but the amount of ‘breathing holes’ on each one is so little that that hair has difficulty drying with or without the aid of a hair dryer. And unless a hair dryer is used even thin hair would take hours to set and since it can’t be slept on at all comfortably that might not be worth it for some. These are very bulky and hold their shape well, so it isn’t pleasant to lay on.The overall quality, minus the lack of breathing holes, is pretty good. They show no sign of wearing down after multiple uses. Not a bad set for someone with very short or very thin hair.

Okay for kids but curl quality isn’t consistent
Naturally I have thick, coarse hair with curl. It is currently long and I straightened it before use. It comes with 2 sizes, 20 count of each size in a zipper mesh pouch.The silicone is thin and flimsy which doesn’t hold in place well. My hair fell out of the curler a little bit over time. It is difficult to wrap your hair in a way that doesn’t create weird creases at the end but the rest of the curl is nice for a heatless curl. Since my hair is thick 20 of 1 size isnt enough for a whole head of uniform size curls.Overall these are just okay. I probably won’t use again. The time it takes to put them in is the same as using a curling iron but with lesser curl quality.Id only recommend these for kids to experiment with doing their hair and a safe way to create a curly hair style.

No heat way to curl your hair without damage
I want curls without using heat and these worked way better than I expected. They’re soft and comfortable enough to sleep in and it makes it easy to style your hair in the morning. You just roll your hair and it snap them and then they close and that’s it. I like that they come in two sizes so you can switch it up between looser and tighter curls. They hold well and they didn’t slip overnight. I did wear a silk or satin head covering thing. The silicone is soft but sturdy. None of them have torn or lost their shade. Having 40 or more curls. Plus a storage case makes it feel like a really good value

I try to avoid heat styling when I can, so I got this set to see if silicone worked better than the foam rollers I’ve used before. The shape is definitely unique compared to standard rods. They come in a handy little case, which is good because there are forty of them to keep track of. The material feels soft enough, but I noticed right away that it has a bit of a grip to it.They actually do a good job of creating a defined curl. The main thing I struggled with is that the silicone texture grabs onto my hair a little too well. My hair tends to cling to it, so it pulls a bit when I’m trying to take them out. I don’t love that sensation. You just have to be really careful and slow when unwrapping them to avoid snagging any strands.

These are great curlers! You don’t need to damage your hair applying heat, and they’re very comfortable to sleep in. Curls come out very cute and these curlers are easy to apply. I love how they work on short, medium or long hair. With long thick hair you probably need two packs, which is fine though, because these curlers are very economical. I think they’re wonderful and work very well…
