I really like this lamp. We bought it for our nursery and is perfect. Its pretty small in size and creates a dim light which is exactly what we were looking for, but if youre looking for something big and bright this wont be for you. It can be charged and then used cordless which is great as well! The shade it comes with is really nice quality

Perfect buffet lamps
I got this NookNova table lamp for two reasons: To use in places where I can’t plug in a lamp, and to have on hand in case of an emergency (e.g., a power outage). I immediately started using it on a desk where I don’t currently have a lamp but have plenty of plugs, just because the small footprint and tall height turned out to be perfect for that particular spot. The shade is high enough that it sheds plenty of light without getting in the way of what I’m doing. The lamp has an attractive appearance, with its brushed brass finish and creamy white micropleated shade. It took a few hours to charge, and it gave out a decent amount of light on the warmest temperature for about 10-11 hours. I liked it so much I bought a second one, so that I can use them together on the dining room table for special occasions without the risks involved in lighting a candle or the hassle of cords. The design is basically that of a buffet lamp, so they seem meant for this very purpose, even though they’re not marketed as such. The height makes it so that they don’t interfere with the food on the table, and the base is small enough so that they don’t take up much room. I’m very pleased with how the one is working out on a small desk, and am looking forward to adding them to my setting on Thanksgiving.

UPDATE: The lamp is no longer working. I plugged it in and the light turned green, meaning it should be ready to use. But it wouldn’t turn on. This is the 2nd lamp from them and I’m going to return this one as well… hopefully the return will be reflected on my Amazon Vine tax balance because I do not want to be taxed for an unusable item.It’s tiny. It’s cordless. It has a cool and a warm light option. It’s perfect for my side table because I did not want something so big it would take over my space. BUT… you can find similar items for much less on Temu. Honestly, these mark-ups are pretty ridiculous here! AND, you have to make sure you don’t get a dud. The first lamp they sent me was missing the charging cord and the light bulb. Even when I used my own bulb and a compatible UCB cord, the lamp would charge but not actually turn on. I got a replacement and was glad that it did work. Would I pay $29 for one of these lamps? Probably not. I think a pair of them are worth $29, though, so I hope the company will rethink the price point.
