Greate Hard to Target Tight Areas
Love rolling on this thing. It great for my neck and finding spots in my back around my scapula and also down around my glute area. It very firm, almost wish it was it bit firmer. Before I use this, I do foam roll to loosen up the muscle before attacked smaller areas. This works for me, but it not necessary. The spike doesn’t hurt as much as look. These helps get in-between tight areas and rolling up spot help to loosen up the tight muscle fibers. Definitely a good product

Great to pinpoint certain areas
This product is perfect for fascia release when trying to pinpoint smaller areas of the body. Does fit perfect down the spine of the back and neck area. Also, great for smaller areas like triceps, lats and shoulders. Convenient size and you’re able to throw it in a gym bag to take on the go. The knobs give additional sturdiness for those tighter muscles. This product help led with pain relief in smaller areas that the big rollers couldn’t reach.

Good enough for me
I have tried on of these that had the vibrating feature. I liked the pressure on my back muscles, but didn’t really get any benefit to the vibrations. And I didn’t want to spend an extra $40+ dollars on the vibrating function. This was perfect and at a good price. Sturdy enough for me and my back. Stickers on the side have come off, but doesn’t affect the functionality of it.

Effective
I have had back surgery at L4/L5 after repeated disc herniation. I still have pain in my lower lumbar area from time to time as well as tightness in my muscles. I have found that laying on my bed with this peanut massage ball under my back helps stretch aching muscles. I am also aware of movement in my spine that also helps quite a bit. If you want to really stretch things lay on the floor instead of the bed. That can be a little uncomfortable at first.

Portable and Reliable
I have an area in my upper back that needs to be cracked like a knuckle or else i feel a lot of tightness and pain in the area. I previously was using a Chirp wheel to roll that spot out but needed something I could travel with. This roller is even more effective than my chirp wheel! It fits easily into all of my bags and is lightweight. I have not traveled without it since I bought it. I cannot recommend it enough. I even use it to massage other parts of my body and while it is an intense pressure I always feel better after.

I gave it three stars only because I didn’t think this purchased through it’s very sturdy but it’s kind of complicated for me to use I tried to leaning up against a door I tried it while sitting on the floor even on my bed it’s a good product but just not for me and it didn’t come with any instructions

Best Back “Peanut”
is you have back problems THIS is the back “peanut” to get! I’ve tried two others, one much more expensive and one less expensive. This is the goldilocks back peanut, just right. Oh, it is as good and in some ways even better than getting a hundred-dollar therapeutic back massage. Highly recommend. Seller is great.
