It is a wonderful blanket.
I don’t write reviews but had to this time. I have always had night chills when the weather turns cold. I would use a comforter with an electric blanket to keep the chills away. I thought I would give this blanket a try. I have not had one night chill! this blanket is amazing. Having 500 GSM must be what does it. My husband is a sweater but he said this blanket is fine. He has no complaints. We live in northern Il. where the nights can get very cold. To have a blanket that is lightweight and keeps me warm is awesome. It washes and dries great. The color is beautiful. It does not attract lint like all our comforters did. I would give it 10 stars if I could. It covers our king size bed with plenty of blanket on the sides and foot of bed. It is a very soft blanket. Worth ever penny it cost. The thickness is so much better than having to deal with a king size bulky comforter that could not keep night chills away. I have 3 comforters that will never see the light of day now at my house. They will be given to grandkids or the great grands. THANK YOU KAWAHOME!

Favorite winter blanket
I had to do a review! Had a great sleep last night, very warm and fluffy, it’s the perfect size, the color is vibrant. I washed it before use on Delicate setting, cold temp with light laundry detergent NO FABRIC SOFTNER!, and then I had it tumble dry on Ultra Low. It dried in a couple of minutes. The fibers remained the same- very durable and worth the price!

This is really a very, very nice blanket! It too some assistance to receive it a day late from Amazon, but it is wonderful! It is thick, soft and colorful. Perfect for my room for this winter and colder weather. Happy I found this blanket at the terrific price!! It washed and dried perfectly–so soft and fun! Very warm on these cold nights and mornings!!

Nice, but too thin
The pictures make you think this is thicker than it is. It is very soft and looks decently made. There is no padding between the top layer and sherpa. This would be great for summer in the a/c, but not a Midwest winter. I put a blanket between this and the sheet, and it will do until temps are consistently below freezing. Blanket came out of package with virtually no wrinkles and no smell at all. Color is vibrant. I just wish it were thicker and warmer.

Warm and Cozy
This blanket is light weight, but it locks in heat as you would expect and is extremely comfortable. I ordered a queen and the size is just right. I purchased another one right away.

I agree with the other great reviews: plush, warm, etc. But . . . if you order one, look carefully at the tag with the dimensions when you get it. The King, for example, is 108″ x 90″, but the label inside the package says “Queen.” I sent the first one back, because I ordered a King. When the replacement came, and said “Queen,” I though I would have to send it back, too. But then I noticed the size label (it’s very small), and indeed this is a King. The other one probably was, too. Strange. But . . . . a wonderful blanket.

No longer freezing at night
SO warm and comfortable on a cold winter night! I could never get warm until I got this. Washes great in the washing machine. Only complaint is I don’t want to get out of bed!
