Wanted to know my quality of sleep and 9 O2 levels
My wife wears a smart watch and is very happy with it so I thought I would try this smart ring . It’s very comfortable to wear. I was most interested in my sleep quality and have been happy with the results . It seems to operate as advertised with no ap costs . I’m not convinced the steps are accurate but that’s not why I bought it . Mine fits perfect and I think that is important for accuracy . I wear it on the ring finger on my right hand. The ap works perfect with my I phone . For the price I’m extremely happy. I do wonder if the Chinese are spying on me but what information could they harvest from 78 yr old man that would have any value .

Not worth the money you’ll save
The battery on this ring is terrible. Lasts 2-3 days. The tracking is ok, but it does it every 30 min so misses all sorts of info like heart rate changes etc. To try to save battery life, I turned off almost all functions and it still lasts only 2 maybe 3 days. And if you can’t use the features due to battery, what is the point of the ring? Maybe mine is a dud but seriously not impressed.

The smart ring is everything I wanted and more.
I purchased the herz p1 because I like the ring option. I was currently using a Fitbit watch. After researching many different options I settled on this smart ring and I have not been disappointed. I love that it keeps track of my sleep and my steps and the bonus is that it keeps track of my temperature and heart rate. I’ve been very pleased with it. It’s comfortable. It seems like it lasts for about 6 days before I have to recharge it. Sometimes it loses connectivity and I have to resync but it resyncs really easily. It feels like it’s a good quality and I can shower with it and even go into a pool with it without any issues. I ordered it in my ring size and it fits perfectly.

Pretty decent product for the price!
I was worried when I ordered this based on the reviews but this ring is super comfortable and works relatively well! The sleep tracking doesn’t work at all but the temperature and step tracking works great! The advice I would give to someone looking into this is size up from your normal ring size (I’m a 10 but ordered the next size up and it fits perfectly). The connectivity with my phone is pretty good and it holds a LONG charge! Looks great too!

Sizes vary per color of the ring. We have purchased a rose gold and a silver one that we love, and they are true to size. We just got the one that I am putting in the video today for my husband. He wanted the midnight black and his ring which is supposed to be the same size as my silver ring. Both of them are supposedly size 9, but they are not the same size! The midnight black ring says it’s a nine on the package and we ordered a nine, but it is more like an eight. Just know if you get the midnight black ring you better order a size bigger than you need. Otherwise we are very happy with the quality of the ring and the functionality and the ease of using the app. We have several of them in our family wearing them now we bought some for our parents and our kids. You cannot beat the price. If it weren’t for the variation in the size based on color being inconsistent, we would have given it a five. I thought I should add the rose gold looks very brassy. I don’t have a picture, but one of my family members ordered it and was disappointed that it looks more brassy than rose gold..

Easy to use. Easy to connect to app. Tracks everything I want it to. Stays charged for a week. Easy to charge. Has not tarnished and I wear in hot tub. Great tracking and monitoring. Love all the features.

I don’t find it reliable and battery goes quickly.
I purchased this ring because I didn’t want to have to pay for an app or $300 for a fitness ring. I have owned this ring for 3 days, and my battery is less than 20%. I find the reliability of this to be moxed. It is inaccurate compared to my Fitbit. I wear my fitbit as a watch, and the Sleep readings are accurate with my Fitbit. I am a fairly light sleeper and I am lucky to get 4 hours of sleep a night, yet this is telling me I’m getting close to 8. I feel the might be more accurate with step readings.I read other reviews and many of them have been mixed, and I am going to agree with several people who say you get what you pay for. I will be returning this ring.I do like the comfort of this ring. It doesn’t feel heavy and it is lightweight. I ordered a size 8 and it is tight on one hand and loose on the other

Like more and more items available on Amazon, this is cheap Chinese crap. You get what you pay for.
This feels light and cheap, but seems to work as advertised. The first few days I had it, I was surprised how well it worked. The steps were counted accurately, and the sleep tracking was good. However, after about one week, the Q-Ring app stopped working well. I would check my step count in the afternoon, and then at bedtime, several thousand steps would disappear. Past results would disappear and then reappear sometimes days later. Without a way to review what is being tracked, the ring is near useless. There is no support whatsoever for the app, and it is total garbage. It initially seemed to sync well with Google Fit, and then not at all after about one week. I suspect that it only tracks when the app is open and running on your phone. If you close the app, the ring stops tracking everything. Even if you allow background usage for the app, it stops at random times. Shipping was very delayed and it took nearly two weeks to arrive. This ring was a complete waste of time and money. I will try to return it.

It’s comfortable to wear. The app is clear to understand. I would definitely recommend this.I personally wish I bought the next size up, because my knuckles swell so getting it off can be challenging. But once past my knuckle it’s great 😊. It’s not any fault of the ring or company. Just my old hands 🥴

Good value at a fraction of the cost of a similar item. Simple to use with the associated app (at no extra cost) but still provides all the relevant health related date needed. Accurate data and good battery life. Recharging a tricky process with the supplied charger but much easier with the alternative charging unit.
