I Would Like a 4-Pack of This ADHD Planner
Over the past couple of years, I’ve been recovering from burnout. During recovery, I was evaluated and diagnosed with combined type ADHD. Prior to my burnout, I had impeccable attention-to-detail and organizational skills that were a key function of my job. I am slowly gaining those skills back but require a lot of assistance/patience. I decided to order this ADHD Daily Planner due its 12-week ADHD-based system. Here’s my experience/notes:- This planner guides ADHDers to be goal-oriented while providing a roadmap to successfully break them down into actionable tasks. It does take some time to set up, so it will require patience and focus (grab your favorite drink and enjoy the process!). Here is what you can expect when introduced to the planner:- Introduction: Background on the Planner, as well as a QR code for more resources available from the author.- Tips to Thrive: I bookmarked this page to remind myself that I can thrive when I am feeling low/unmotivated/stuck.- 12 Week Look Ahead, Goal Planner, and Action Plan- Daily “Rhythms”: I love that the word “rhythm” is used instead of “routine” – particularly for the a.m. “Routine” has such a boring, status quo kind of connotation. “Rhythm” gives me the feeling of orchestrating my day. 🎵🎶- 4-Week Period Section: Includes Brain Dump section, Action Steps, Habit Tracker, Weekly Planner, and ultimately the Daily Planner.- Here’s what I love about the design/space for the Daily Planner section:- LOVE- Includes a daily calendar to add appointments and/or time block- Dedicated space for two (2) Professional and two (2) Personal goals/tasks- Positive reinforcement with sections for Rewards/Breaks and What Made Me Smile Today 💗💗💗💗💗- Brain Dump/Ideas, Things to Remember, For Tomorrow, and Other also have dedicated spaces.- The pages are in black and white, so it provides opportunities to color-code, doodle, highlight, etc.- Would Like:- A section for To Do’s. I end up drawing in my own To Do list. I enjoy doing so, but would prefer a dedicated column in the Daily Planner- An annual 4-pack of planners to use during a year. The current planner is for a three-month time period.I would recommend this planner to anyone – with or without ADHD – that likes a planner with structure but that also provides a canvas for a little personal “flair.” I’ve been using this planner for a little over a month now. The more I put into it, the more I get out of it. I plan on purchasing again once I complete my third month.

Finally — a Planner That Actually Keeps Me on Track
The ADHD Daily Planner has been such a game changer for keeping my days organized and focused. The layout is super intuitive, with clear sections for hourly scheduling, priorities, and daily goals, which makes time blocking so much easier. I really appreciate that it’s a 12-week undated planner, so I can start using it anytime without wasting pages — perfect for those of us who sometimes need to pause and restart our routines. The 6×9 size is just right — compact enough to carry in a bag but still large enough to comfortably write in. The trackability features like habit tracking and reflection pages make it easy to notice patterns in focus and productivity, which has really helped me plan better days. It’s also thoughtfully color-coded and visually calming, making it less overwhelming to use regularly.Overall, this planner is well-designed, practical, and stylish, offering great value for anyone looking to stay organized — especially neurodivergent adults who need structure without the pressure. It’s truly made planning feel doable again!

I’m too ADHD for this brilliant planner
In typical ADHD fashion, I ordered this to organize my life and give me the dopamine I need to check things off and get on track. I have failed miserably with keeping up for even a week, I am not deducting stars because that’s a me problem and not a planner problem.I love the size, cover is nice although a little touch to turn pages with the spiral binding.I included some images of the planner pages. I hope you succeed and don’t follow my path. This is low one of like 15 planners I’ve purchased for this year alone. Perhaps the undated allows me to not stick with it….as my brain knows it’s not a big deal if I start over next year.

This has been very helpful for daily, short term and long term goals
I really love this planner and how well it fits into both my daily routines, college work and career planning. Having ADHD can make organizing my thoughts feel like a constant uphill battle, but this layout actually helps me make sense of everything once I sit down and write it out. The sections make it easy to keep track of both short-term goals and long-term ideas without feeling overwhelmed. It’s a great size to keep in my purse, so I can jot things down whenever something comes to mind. The paper quality is excellent and holds up well to pens and highlighters without bleeding through. I also like that it’s undated, so I can start or pause without wasting pages. It’s sturdy, well made, and doesn’t feel cheap at all.

Great for Anyone – Love That It’s Undated and Flexible
You definitely don’t need ADHD to benefit from this planner. What initially drew me to it was the undated format – I love that I can start using it anytime without waiting for January 1st or feeling guilty about gaps. The time blocking feature is excellent for anyone trying to be more intentional with their schedule, and the hourly layout really helps me visualize how I’m spending my day. The note-taking sections are well-designed and give enough space to jot down important thoughts or reminders. The 6×9 size is perfect – compact enough to carry around but large enough to actually write in comfortably. Even if you’re neurotypical, the structured approach to daily planning can be incredibly helpful for staying organized and focused. The 12-week format feels manageable rather than overwhelming like a full year planner might. Which makes it great for short-term projects. Whether you struggle with time management, want to be more productive, or just like having a clear daily structure, this planner offers practical tools that work for a wide range of people and planning styles.
