Why is the pampas grass I received not fluffy?
Due to the long time packing, all pampas grass will be squeezed when you first open it, you just need to shake and tidy it(It’s best to use a hair dryer)several times and it will reach the fluffy state immediately!

Wasn’t sure when we ordered these, sometimes the pictures can be misleading; however, these are nice and tall, minimal waste from loose branches when deployed and arranged. It is a very pretty addition to our dining table.
