The screen looks clear and colors are bright, and it’s super easy to send photos to it from my phone via the app. I like that it can sit on a shelf or hang on the wall, and the auto rotate plus slideshow feature makes it feel like a mini photo album at home. My grandparents especially liked it. They don’t need to fuss with SD cards or figuring out tech, just tap and the frame shows new pictures. Ok, I ‘Fell off the fence’. After empty promises from Customer Service and with the return window closing soon, the frame went back today.I’m really on the fence with this frame. We wanted a large frame to watch pictures of our out of state grandchildren. The pictures on it are clear and great, however,Since we are replacing a frame, I have yet to define an easy way to transfer my 5000 photos, the ‘promised’ included transfer cable wasn’t there, I have an sd card with a usb adapter, but it won’t work if the frame is plugged inThe motion sensor has a max time of 30 minutes run time, if I turn it on from the remote, it goes to the main menu and not to my slideshow.A more minor concern is that it won’t play videos mixed in with my photos.I’m waiting on these answers from their customer service, but so far while they answer promptly, they never directly answer these questions.Sadly, the cost is too high and most likely I will be returning this frameAnd I. Very confused by a response from the seller. After this review I received a message offering a refund. After accepting that offer, I have heard nothing from them.

So we purchased a 10.1 inch frame for our dear friend who just had his birthday, it was a special favorite gift, and since he liked it so much, we decided to pick one up for our family as well! So many fun life and travel memories, and it is clearly visible across the living room! The frame also sharpens the photo quality, so older photos still look great as well!Download the free app on your phone, and you can transfer photos off of your phone memory or SD card, or from whatever cloud storage you use. It is super easy, a fast download, and the app doesnt take up much storage space on your phone.One tip: be sure to set your on-off times in the settings menu, the power button is not super easy to access around the back, but setting the timer is an easy workaround, and then you get to see your great photos whenever you want!It is well worth what you pay, great quality, and a ton of internal storage, so you can put tons of fun photos on here!
