True to size for my other pair of wedgie straight
I was apprehensive ordering these jeans even though I have another pair of wedgie straights already, I know Levi’s sizing can fluctuate but I am SO pleased. I am 5’5’’ and 135-40lbs and wear a 29 usually, ordered a 29 in these and they fit almost identical to the blue denim pair I already had. Maybe a tad snug at the waist but not in an uncomfortable way. Impressed with the material thickness and quality and overall fit. They hit just above my ankle for a perfect cropped length that’s not aggressively cropped but also not too long, would order again!

Quality jeans, tighter for curvy girls
Good quality, sturdy jeans. Love the fit but wasn’t great for me. I’m a little more curvy through the hips and it’s very tight on me despite sizing up. And because of the material there isn’t much stretch. Overall great jeans still!

THIS STYLE NOT TRUE TO SIZE
I have several of the wedgie styles; straight leg, skinny leg. I wear a 28 and a 29 if I want to loser fit.. I first try to 28 in these and thought wtf? So then I got the 29 and then I thought was it even a different size? I don’t know who these are made for but it’s not curvy wedgie style like the other ones. And I know they’re not called curvy I’m just saying because it says for curvy women. This was made for stick figures and is not true to the wedgie Style. So sad too cuz it was the perfect color and they looked great

Good but reminder on the size for wedgie fit jeans for the gals! Size up!
Reminder for my mid size gals ( I am a size 8, 165#) Size up on the wedgie fit. They run almost like Vintage style sizes and what you might be in a skinny or normal in wedgie you need to go up. This is also coming from a gal with a bottom and some hips. Remember you aren’t fat going up in size all these companies just suck not having a size standard lolGreat jeans otherwise, more jean like material so no stretch! Good value for cost and durable. You will have swap bottom these are mainly cotton.

Great fit but size up… maybe 2 sizes
I love the fit of these jeans, but if you have a big butt and small waist, size up. They are a completely straight leg jean, with no curviness through the waist or hips and the denim has no give to it. It’s is thicker and with no stretch so it’s feels different. I usually wear a 26 or 27 in Gap jeans and I ordered a 27 in these. The leg fits great but my butt feels like a sausage and there is a gap at the waist. The leg shape is very flattering and I want to love these jeans, but I can’t walk or sit.

Perfection (and I’m very picky)
Update to review below: I’ve worn these to work twice. Honestly, they are pretty uncomfortable. They feel great when standing but feel uncomfortable while sitting. They are not too small. I may only wear these if going somewhere for a few hours but not all day. Sad. The pair I have is thick and only has 1% stretch. I guess we can’t have it all. :)I am on a constant hunt for the “perfect” jeans. I may have found them. This review is for the Jive Sound wash. (I also tried the Love in the Mist and Oxford Haze wash in the same style and returned those due to the fabric. Love in the Mist was too thin and stretchy. Oxford Haze didn’t have any stretch at all and were very uncomfortable.) These jeans fit like a glove. I usually wear a 28 or 29 and bought these in a 29. If you are in between sizes, size up. I’m slightly curvy. If you are very curvy or very straight, they may not fit you as well. I love the fabric. Thick, perfect medium wash, only 1% stretch. I love the shape of the leg. Not too wide, not too skinny. I’m 5’7″ and I like the length. Ankle length on me. I’m not sure if I’ve ever had a pair of jeans fit so well. And I do think they flatter the tush. I’m usually a bit self-conscious about my backside, but I think I’ll flaunt it in these jeans. I’ll update my review after wearing them for a while and after washing, if they don’t hold up as well, stretch out, or shrink or something.

Great jeans
I tried these jeans after they were named best straight leg jeans in the New York Times Wirecutter product reviews. I love them for easy, day-to-day jeans. I had to size down for the right fit. My natural waist is 29, and, at first, I thought that size on the jeans was perfect. But the pair stretched out more than I’d hoped. They’re still wearable for a relaxed, looser fit, but I wanted to maintain more structure around the seat of the paints. The 28s were very tight to get on. I didn’t think I could button them up! After I squeezed them on and wore them ones, they loosened up and are now very comfortable to wear.

SIZING IS DIFFERENT ON EACH STYLE
I AM 102 POUNDS AND 5’3.. EVERY STYLE OF JEANS RUNS IN A DIFFERENT SIZE!! Bought the style that are washed black so like almost dark grey with the single hole in the knee and the fraying at the bottom; they run extremely small, at least and I mean AT VERY LEAST 2 sizes too small, felt like I was trying to fit into youth girls jeans (which are honestly bigger than what I tried on with these jeans)…. The other pair I bought from the same style/shop/size which are the non ripped blue jeans that fit kind of larger so sizing on each pair is completely different… BE WARNED XOXOXO (the style with the single rip in the knee and fray at the bottoms that are also a washed black color run 2+ sizes too small, the blue jeans that have no holes or fray to them run 1size too big from my personal experience, just go to the levis store and try their jeans on, they’re too costly to just order them and then not fit perfectly.)As well as

The good stuff first;I really like this Wedgie cut. I’ve owed a pair for a number of years and wanted another pair in a longer length. The fit is great. Very comfortable. It will stretch out somewhat yes but it forms to your body and keeps it general shape. And it has a great shape! This sits just at my belly button. Nicely fitted through the hips. Then a looser leg without being a big baggy leg. I was wondering how the button fly. They say it adds to the way the jeans will custom stretch to your body. I’m not sure. But I like the buttons. They become very easy to do up.This is a Levi’s premium Jean which means it’s a higher quality fabric. It’s a denser weave with a leather Levi’s patch. And interesting that the red tag has a capital E in the LEVIS. This fabric will wear beautifully and last a long time. This is 99% Cotton, 1% lycra mix for just a little give. It’s not mixed with 50% polyester like many jeans are these days.The bad;This pair has been worn. It’s not dirty nor does it smell but the paper size tag was not attached. It was just thrown loose in the bag. And there were no other tags were there. And the jeans are already stretched out. (I know this because I already own an exact pair) With that said this is a very durable jean which washes and wears well for many years. So it is not such a big deal in this case but…..

Fit perfectly at first, but after one wash (following directions exactly: cold wash, delicate cycle, hung to dry) stretched significantly and are now baggy and awkward. Very disappointed, was expecting better quality out of these…
