Why can’t my smartphone connect to the fitness ring?

For first-time use, remove the ring from the battery case and peel off the insulation film. Charge the ring for 5 seconds to activate it. Make sure Bluetooth is on and keep the fitness ring within 1 meter of your phone.

I got the silver one, It looks great on my finger, is comfortable and lite. It syncs easily to your phone, reads your BP, steps, sleep score, blood oxygen, HR, pulse, and then some! Much Better than Others
The ring is made of high quality materials, fits are pretty accurate. The app is decent and the stats track within range of apple fitness stats when used at the same time. I was surprised by the BP feature, I use it as baseline only, but it’s pretty solid feature, the only downside is the sync time is pretty long but just a mi or issue

It tracks heart rate, SpO2, blood pressure, sleep stages, steps, and calories with impressive accuracy — and it syncs seamlessly with both iOS and Android. The 5ATM waterproof rating means I wear it 24/7 — swimming, showering, no worries.Accuracy is spot-on. I uploaded side-by-side comparison photos (sleep stages, resting HR, and SpO2) taken at the same time as my Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, and the numbers are within 1-3% of each other. Sleep tracking even caught a 3:17 AM wake-up my watch missed. Huge win.One major caveat: the sizing chart is off.I measured my finger at 70mm circumference using their method, and the guide recommended Size 13 — it was comically large.
