Renewed tablet in excellent condition
Excellent condition for renewed product and it is, it looks new! It will need to be charged to 100%, it was only at 24% when I turned it on. I learned about whether I needed a sim card from the seller, I don’t. But, I may in the future.

Awful seller and overseas Amazon agents do not understand the Amazon Renewed Program
Do not buy from Prime Mobility and Amazon Renewed. I purchased this iPad as a gift and it wouldn’t charge at all. I can’t even speak to the screen quality or touch screen because we could never get the device started. I made a prompt return and three weeks later it took a very long and angry call to get an overseas Amazon agent to send me stateside for my refund, trying to explain the Amazon Renewed Guarantee and that I wasn’t supposed to wait for some action from Apple. To make things worse, it seems that the device was lost once it arrived at the Las Vegas warehouse. Go elsewhere. I purchased a fantastic replacement iPad Air 2 for my friend from Back Market and the transaction was smooth as silk. The device works great and they checked on my satisfaction with the product. This is not Amazon’s forte.

nice ipad. So far no issues except one
The Ipad is in very good condition. I had to buy a sim card so I could use it with data, but that’s not an issue. The only problem I have seen so far is a small, little white spot on the right side of the screen. As I said, as long as it doens’t get any bigger, it’s not an issue. Otherwise it seems to be a very nice ipad for what I need it to do.

It moves slow but once you start actually playing in it it doesnt . The updates are old and it takes for ever for any new update to actually come in the ipad but its cute small and very useful

Weak battery
iPad works fine, the issue is that the battery life is very short. Other than that it works as advertised. No cracks, scratches or any other damages on the iPad or screen

Was unsure about ordering a refurbished iPad particularly as most of the reviews seemed to come from the US and there wasn’t anything from the UK. Eventually decided to go for it and am I pleased that I did! It was delivered the following day and I’m delighted. It came in plan packaging and not an Apple branded box (who really cares about that considering this is much cheaper than buying brand new from Apple). The iPad itself is immaculate. Looks brand new , with no marks, scratches or any signs of use. Set up was a breeze and it’s working brilliantly. The iPad Air 2 is leap forward from the 3rd generation iPad I had, so definitely worth it. If you’re looking for a new iPad I would seriously recommend this route to get one and save yourself GBP130:00, unless of course you’re happy to pay that for an Apple branded box, because that is the only difference as far as i can tell.

This IPad Air 2 is faster, smaller, lighter and smarter than my old IPad 4. It arrived well-packaged and so fast I was looking for a drone but found instead a lost delivery man. As a refurbished unit I expected it to work well but have some scars. This one looks almost new and the battery once charged lasted about 7 hours with non-stop usage. It does have the requisite ding, but it’s tiny and on the bottom. My one concern was the home button which makes a noise when pressed and bothered me because my old one was silent so I thought it was a defect. So I wrote Certified Amazing and they wrote back right away to tell me some different models of Ipads have a click and some don’t. This one does. I was impressed by them not discounting my concern, writing back right away and getting the iPad to me so fast. Oh yeah, the iPad. It’s great and in almost new shape. (except as noted). I hope it lasts me a while and I don’t come back to complain. Note that you’ll need a real iPad-worthy charger because the one they throw is is a cheap iPhone one.
